BRONCHITIS

Most enlightened doctors will no longer give antibiotics for bronchitis, since they rarely do anything for it. When you are sure it’s all over, see that you have them in your medicine chest for the future. They remain effective for at least 2 years.
As for the diet, the most common culprits to create mucous are cow’s dairy products, “white” foods like wheat, sugar, milk, cow’s cheese, chicken and artificial sugars. Do make sure that you move your bowels regularly throughout the day, as congestion there will encourage the congestion in your bronchial tubes.
